Hi
There are two levels of visibility need to give for the calender
events.First one is the Calender module level , where you can set the
visibility of a events in the calender settings, second one is the
individual event level . Even if you create a event on a public privilege,
it will be visible in shared calender of the other higher level users only
if the public privilege is set in the calender settings.
All higher level users can see the lower level users event ,irrespective of
there sharing rules only in the calender list view. Please try to
reproduce your issue in demo.vtiger.com .
