[Vtigercrm-developers] Email attached to contacts

Outgoing server field "from email" set to null or not (same effect)

When user sending email to contact it is attached to contact record. When
contact reply to this first email from user - the email is again attached
to its record.
But when user reply on the contact email this is not attached to contact
related emails list. It breaking possibility of tracking issues related to
to separate Customers.
Another thing is that customer replays has no date and time.

The question is : *What the method are you guys using to keep track of all
correspondence to<>from contact in his related emails list?*

As it is about CRM I think it should be improved
