[Vtigercrm-developers] Asterisk Connector

Please refer this document
https://wiki.vtiger.com/vtiger6/index.php/PBX_Manager for setting up
connector.

I looks like you have executed "bin/webapp.sh", but to start the connector
run "bin/start.sh". Running "bin/webapp.sh" alone wont run the connector as
the asterisk connector is combination of both webapp and agi.
