[Vtigercrm-developers] Asterisk Connector

I have it now completing the call to the users phone, when they pickup the system calls their phone again and doesn’t not call the phone number from the lead? They are using freepbx what should we be using for their outbound trunk?

Please refer this document https://wiki.vtiger.com/vtiger6/index.php/PBX_Manager for setting up connector.

 

I looks like you have executed "bin/webapp.sh", but to start the connector run "bin/start.sh". Running "bin/webapp.sh" alone wont run the connector as the asterisk connector is combination of both webapp and agi.

I feel like I’m missing something very obvious but here goes. Setup the Asterisk connector as described at https://wiki.vtiger.com/vtiger6/index.php/Asterisk_Integration , installed the connector package on the asterisk box. Setup the credentials in the VtigerAsteriskConnector.properties file.

 

When I run the bin/webapp.sh all I get is the output below. Try a click to dial and it just says call failed.

What am I missing here, I feel like something should jump out at me but its not….
