It might help me narrow it down.

I've noticed that the value stored in the module record field and the 
value stored in the Picklist are different.

For example on the Lead Source picklist...

In the vtiger_leadsource,leadsource column I have "A&B Website".
In the vtiger_leaddetails.leadsource field I have "A&B Website".


Clearly something aint right.
