Prasad, check your demo as i left some data to evaluate.

The information associated is this:


Check your demo, change language (PT Brasil) and click in open ticket (Aberto) in Ticket by status widget, not in Widget Open tickets, doesn´t show because it allways search the word Open

Another thing is that in my installations, if i add a ticket status with a special 
character like ã or ç, the link when i click in tickets by status is
[[["ticketstatus","e","Sem Reparação for delivery"]]]

and in your demo, the link works and is
[[["ticketstatus","e","Sem Repara\u00e7\u00e3o for delivery"]]]
