Yes - In my Module I can override the RelatedList.js and set the 
related_parent_module & related_parent_id values to a single id value 
from the UI10 in the Organisation field.

Obviously if you have n:n relationships on "both sides" it becomes a bit 
more tricky but I'm sure the ids could be passed or a signal sent to 
tell the function retrieve them...
