[Vtigercrm-developers] Fwd: Modified/Created time fields in summary views

Maybe I don't mean "Summary View" at all [?]

Navigate to an Organisation, choose Tickets.  This is the view
[module=Accounts&relatedModule=HelpDesk&view=Detail&record=1&mode=showRelatedList&tab_label=HelpDesk]

There is neither date created nor date modified available.

My understanding is that the fields available here are determined here
[parent=Settings&module=LayoutEditor&sourceModule=HelpDesk] by enabling
"Summary View" for any given field.
For created and modified dates the checkbox is greyed out.

I'd understand why _if_ they were shown by default but I can't see that
(unless they're cunningly hidden in the UI)

I've just checked this all on http://demo.vtexperts.com/vtigercrm61 (thanks
guys!) to ensure I'm not talking about a specifically broken installation
of mine.

What am I missing here?
