[Vtigercrm-developers] index files, porpouse of them?

Hi all,

I'm cleaning my vTiger instance and I see the following files:

shorturl.php
service.php
SendSupportNotification.php

I think, index.php and forgotPassword.php are mandatory in root folder.

So, the three files I said, can I put in other side? (Changing the
require/include of couse). Or maybe someone can explain me what does this
files.
