Hy Alan,
Some months ago, I test it with the same results like you. The was about
halving (Sometimes 70%) page load times and I also didn't found and
problems, except your session_unregister().
But the main problem with hhvm is, it is unstable and crashing. I use it
some days for testing and on one morning the system was unreachable,
without any error message. The process die silently.
I have great hopes for PHPNG, if it will be stable in the next version (PHP
7). I suppose it will be compatible with current php versions and so with
vtiger, too.
