[Vtigercrm-developers] Sub-admin role to allow user creation ?

Hi All,

I would like to allow office managers to add employees.
AFAIK, there is only 2 types of users : Administrator and standard users.
But, when using a single vTiger instance for multiple offices, I think it
make sense that each office manager should be able to add new employees
without having to ask VT administrator.
I know how to do it with an external script using webservice but it would be
very helpful if we could do it from GUI.
Any idea ?
