[Vtigercrm-developers] Mail scanner issue - reading attacments as body

I am facing an issue

The mail scanner reading and saving the attachement in ticket description
information.  

So the ticket description contains actual email body and this attachment as
text. 

and due to its large size of attachemts mysql returs the error "Got a packet
bigger than 'max_allowed_packet' bytes " . 

It can fixed by increase the value of max_allowed_packet in mysql. But
wonder why the attachement is reading as mail body. 

Due to this error mail scanner stucks at middle
