1. Fix possible bug with map loading. Replace window.onload with
    addOnloadEvent(). Thanks to Boris Clement for the cluebat!
2. Rebuild the primary key in the vtiger_geotools table in a postupdate
    function. This fixes the potential of duplicate crmids in the table.
    This may result in some data loss if the vtiger_geotools table
    already contains any duplicate crmids.
