Hi Alan,

I still don't think it will take up any "vertical" screen estate.

I am referring to Horizontal space.

I've also just realised that the << & >> to page to the start and the end
have also gone.

We removed << & >>, because of the horizontal space and felt it is less
frequently used.

There are some real changes to very common pagination techniques here that
I think will annoy quite a few users.

We could add one more row for pagination which have all options but it will
push list view down.
If we try to accommodate one the same row the controls will overflow to
next line.

We will review this for best possible solution to get all controls in place.
