I've also just realised that the << & >> to page to the start and the end have also gone.<br><br><div style="margin-left:40px">We removed << & >>, because of the horizontal space and felt it is less frequently used.<br>

There are some real changes to very common pagination techniques here that I think will annoy quite a few users.<br><br></div></div></div><div style="margin-left:40px">We could add one more row for pagination which have all options but it will push list view down.<br>
</div><div style="margin-left:40px">If we try to accommodate one the same row the controls will overflow to next line.<br></div><br>We will review this for best possible solution to get all controls in place.<br><div>
