Hi Manuel,

I think you would be better to discuss this on the Developer mailing 
list - I maintain a couple of small modules for vtiger and the en_gb 
lang pack but not the whole CRM translation ;-)

Basically you can simply extract the en_us lang pack and translate that.

take my en_gb packs and use those I guess.

Note that the translation for VT6 is *very* different from VT5.4
