[Vtigercrm-developers] Bug? Translated Quotes resulting in wrong totals (and other errors)

When making a quote using French language :
- when inputting or modifying the record : all fields are calculated
correctly - see screenshot 1
- when saving the record, the totals do not add up correctly (showing 0.00)
- see screenshot 2

Please note also the following :
- during input/modify : decimals separator is "." (a dot) - when saving it
is changing to "," (a comma - as set in "My Preferences"
- during input/modify : Tax grouping is showing in French
(Individuel/Groupe) - when saving English is retained (Individual/Group)
- Fields using an apostrophe can cause errors as well (i.e. records are not
even saved)

This problem does not occur when inputting/modifying/saving in US English...
