Błażej,

The software name, version number etc... would help user verify the  in
case he / she uses third-party
apps that need certainly min-version on the server. Showing it on footer of
all screen seem to not posing a risk as the data can be pulled out unless
user logs in.

The logo you see on the login form is the one that can be configured in
Company Details.
The license and privacy policy are subject to terms of Vtiger License, hope
you are with us to give some credits :)

I feel every user should be proud of using the software and be able to
reach out and share the feedback. I practice the same while i use other
services ... sort of open feedback channel.

Let me know if I'm missing any potential point of yours.
