Now that I'm more actively trying to get my patches accepted into
vtiger subversion, I've started setting up a stock vtigercrm
environment.  Since I deploy everything with puppet, here is a crude
prototype puppet module for vtiger.

I'll bang out a README in the near future.  At the very least, you'll
need to pull in additional modules for mysql and apache.  Questions,
suggestions and pull requests welcome.
