[Vtigercrm-developers] Read/Write access problem during vtiger 5.4.0 installation - resolved

Salim, Alan,
Thank you for the suggestions. With your help and with the help of my
server provider the issue was resolved.
The mentioned combination of server software, with the installation
package of vtiger 5.4.0. made an unique problem sources.
( The PHP version at the server: 5.3.19 ; Apache version: 2.2.23 )
This problem source is the upper-case / lower-case mismatch.
The PreInstall Check of vtiger 5.4.0. checked the directory
"test/vtlib/HTML" and said for the directory "test/vtlib/html" that "I
have not Read/Write access"
