[Vtigercrm-developers] Read/Write access problem during vtiger 5.4.0 installation

Dear Developer Community,

How to resolve this problem?

If the picture is not appearing - the installation process requires 
Read/Write access to the Vtlib Test HTML directory (test/vtlib/HTML) and 
this directory has chmod 777 access.
