[Vtigercrm-developers] Working with vtiger CRM 5.1 development

Hi Scott,

I have attached a quick implementation of getting Trouble Ticket ID for Mail
Merging for the Word.

This code is based on vtiger CRM 5.0.4. [Couldn't get it throughly
validated]

Kindly test it and let us know your feedback.
