[Vtigercrm-developers] calendar

hi everyone

i just start to use the vtiger and enter on this list and i already have a simple doubt

i have a doubt about the creation of a public calendar, because i will work with a calendar of training rooms and i need to all see this 

have a way to do this procedure or i need to create a user and publish the calendar of this user ?
