[Vtigercrm-developers] Hot Keys

How do I disable the Alt-D hotkey in Vtiger?  This is the delete function in
Vtiger, but it is also the hotkey to get the cursor to focus on the url
title bar.  I need the later to happen, but it seems like the Vtiger option
takes precedent.
