[Vtigercrm-developers] Adding another type in Bug Tracker

Hi All,
Brian and Mickie, from my point of view you put this issue in the right
direction. 1. i agree with Brian´s mail regarding "Adding another type
in Bug Tracker". Maybe there could be an add in Phillips "Need help in
fixing bugs in trac" or RC-release mails that links to a description
within trac where newbies like me can find out how to proceed if we
found something we can fix, we have already fixed or how to explicitly
provide the information that is recommended e.g. that describes a
little. A follow up mail like Mickie described would be very helpful as
one can really forget an opened ticket sometimes, if there is loads of
other things to do. That way one gets right back into it by just
clicking the email containing the direct link into that ticket. Would be
great.

Best Regards
Torsten
