Hi,

I have just uploaded an import trouble ticket and timecard patch.

The import trouble ticket can work without any reference to timecards,
so if anybody just needs to import their trouble tickets, this should be
the way to go.

I include this on the list in case somebody on the VTiger team thinks
that the import trouble ticket function could be included in the base
code.

The UNDO function is not implemented.
