[Vtigercrm-developers] Code errors/profiling

Someone on the forums addressed a bunch of the notice errors (sorry I
don't recall who).  I think most of the changes made it into 4.2.2 but
I could be mistaken.  Surprisingly (to me at least) cleaning up the
notice errors offered a substantial speed increase.
