[Vtigercrm-developers] Feedback on 4.2.4rc2

Don't worry about it fathi.  The binary installers never worked for shit 
before, and why should that change?  There is a reason why I have 
recommended to everyone to use XAMPP 1.4.15 in the forums.  Once we 
replace binary the installers this problem will be solved.
