 vtigercrm521-modules-ModComments-ModComments.php
   * static function transferRecords added to take care of switching parent
 relation.

 vtigercrm521-modules-Leads-LeadConvertToEntities.php
   * Triggers the above API to switch Comment of Lead to Contact during
 conversion.
