#7004: Field disable in Profile or field access are still visible to non admin
user in reports

 Steps reproduce the issue
 ---------------------------------

 1--> Go to any non admin user's profile and disable the fields in Leads
 module. Disable all the field except the mandatory fields company Name and
 last name.[[BR]]

 2-->Now log in as that non admin user and go to Reports > Lead by Source.
 You can see all the fields those are disabled are still visible in the
 report.[[BR]]

 3-->If non admin user will go to create a new report then he can not able
 to see the disabled fields,thus can not select them to view, but if he
 will access any report which is already created then he can able to see
 the disable fields.
