 Try the following steps to reproduce the issue
 ----------------------------------------------------

 1-->Create a task in CRM with Send Notification equal yes.Make sure to
 give the value to Related To field.[[BR]]

 2-->Now check the mail id logged in user , the task mail notification must
 have come, You can find the Related To field information missing is in
 that mail. Please check the attached screen shot for reference.
