#7072: Todo/Task created though workflow is not picking up the accurate start time

 To Reproduce the issue try the following[[BR]]

 1-->Create a workflow for any module and in the new task section create a
 task of type todo.[[BR]]

 2-->You will get the Time field there to give the start time of the task,
 give any time (for e.g like 6:00 PM)there and give the due date and Start
 date and save it.[[BR]]

 3--> Now go to the module for which you have created the
 workflow,create/edit record there(according to workflow condition) and
 after saving the record check the related task you can see the start time
 of the task is different from the time mentioned while creating
 workflow.[[BR]]
