 To reproduce the issue try the following steps[[BR]]

 1-->Create a record in Quotes module with more than one line item in
 it.[[BR]]

 2-->Create a report for accounts module and take quotes as related list
 module.[[BR]]

 3-->Now check the report you can the quote related account will be shown
 multiple time.It depends upon the no. of item the quote is having.[[BR]]
