 Steps
 1. Add a work-flow for contact module with a task to create an Event/Todo
 2. Create a contact that satisfies the condition set in the work-flow
 3. Then check the date of created event/todo either in calendar module or
 in the     related list of that contact, it will be 01-01-1970 instead of
 the current date
