 while updating out going server I got a message as "'''Test Mail Status :
 Mail could not be sent to the admin user. Please check the admin
 emailid/Server settings'''".

 ''step to reproduce.''

 1. configure out going server giving without username,password and
 authentication.

 2. again update the information with username, password and authenticate
 equals yes and save it

 3. if you edit this username & password equals  '  '  and authendicate
 euqals no it wouldn't save the info rather it will show above mentioned
 error message.

 Isn't an issue?
