Hi Ruben,

You right, we have removed the facebook library because it isn’t compatible php8 anymore.

However, another library has been created and it is compatible php8 so we could adapt the Myddleware’s connector for Facebook : https://github.com/janu-software/facebook-php-sdk

So, it is possible to reactivate it but we will need to spend some time on it.

Hi Stephane,

I believe you discontinued that connector because the facebook SDK project for php was killed, right? So it wouldn't be php 8.x compatible.
If I'm not mistaken, the connector is still there but not displayed in the UI. I think the main problem is that it wouldn't work in php 8.x. But if you use php 7.4 and enable the connector, I believe it should work.

You can try myddleware (https://www.myddleware.com/). It's opensource. We've used it to receive leads for years. However, I think the last version does not support facebook. You would have to get an older version.

We have a Messenger integration: https://simplesistemas.com/extensiones/integracion-messenger-facebook-vtiger (for now the page is only available in Spanish)
