[Vtigercrm-developers] Workflow criteria "Assigned to" returning different results 6.5 vs 7.5

I have several workflows that worked as desired in 6.5. Now that we're on
7.5, they are not. Here's how they look in 7.5 -

The selections are groups, not individual users. The desired result is
these groups do not get email notifications of new tickets or updated
tickets. Which is how it worked in 6.5. In 7.5, they are getting emails.
