[Vtigercrm-developers] Has anyone used vTiger for tracking training, course completion, certifications?

Before I go too far in creating a module or modules to track this, I'm
curious if anyone else has already done this.

Mostly, we use vTiger for tracking external customers, leads, etc, and not
for internal use. I'm looking for something to track users and their
competencies in a variety of areas. I'm not looking for a learning
management system, just a reporting and tracking tool. Things for us to
track

   - Training on products, whether it's hardware, software, services, or
   processes and procedures
   - Source of training - whether it's vendor-provided, internal, or other
   - Basic information about the training resources - duration,
   prerequisites, whether or not a certificate is earned. Possibly cost.
   - For each user, when they attended training, when they completed
   training, general result of training

I've looked through the marketplace and haven't seen anything there that
would match this. It does appear that vTiger has an LMS component -
