[Vtigercrm-developers] Results for filters on dates in reports not matching filters in lists - v7.5.0

Has anyone else seen this happen? We recently migrated to 7.5.0 from 6.5.0
and we're working through a handful of things, the latest of which is when
I run a report that filters the results by date (createdtime), the number
of records doesn't match what I get with the same criteria in list view,
and the result indicator can be 0 (zero) when there are results. Exporting
to see how many records there are when it shows is unproductive - 0 rows
are exported.

And, if I search for create dates in the previous year, no records are
returned, not even in the list.

Report results - primary module is Organizations, secondary is Tickets

When I change the date range to extend it, then the results are wrong -

I've seen issues for the date selector, which is working. I've also seen
issues for the user's date format being different than the creator of the
report - I've tested and that's not affecting this.

Now, one thing I just thought of - the dates I'm searching in the past are
records that were created on vTiger 6.5.0. The upgrade was performed on
January 6-7. Testing that theory, I ran the report for January 1 - 6 and
got all the results and the proper number of records at the top.

Is it a data problem?
