[Vtigercrm-developers] scheduled import cron overlap

Hi everyone,

We've been working with records migration for a client and found out that,
when a scheduled import (which is used when there are more than 1k records
in your csv) takes too long, so that the cronjob is run again and the last
scheduled import cron task has not finished yet, then a second scheduled
import cron task starts to run and records start getting duplicated!

Vtiger should somehow detect that the crontask is already running and not
run it again on top of the previous one. In fact other cron tasks work like
that. I'm not sure why it is not the case with scheduled import.

It's a new vtiger 7.5 install.
