Thanks for your reply, i tried with this:

    container.find('input[name="account_id"]').val(accountId).trigger(Vtiger_Edit_Js.referenceSelectionEvent, {
        'source_module': 'Accounts',
        'record': accountId
    }).trigger('SaveAjax', {
        'record': accountId,
        'value': response['data']['accountname']
    });

But it doesn't work..
