I literally LOL’ed when I saw Bower ! I’d suggest just use npm – as most people have the ability to use or install it on whatever server they are using (and lots will have npm by default now)

I'm not happy to see "Bower" on your list. Bower is not maintained, itself suggests to switch over Yarn!
