[Vtigercrm-developers] lineitems in table vtiger_inventoryproductrel deleted and created in each edit

Today I noticed that every time you edit an inventory module record, its
corresponding line items in the vtiger_inventoryproductrel are deleted and
created again even if you don't change anything about line items. You can
see that, because the "lineitem_id" in the vtiger_inventoryproductrel table
changes and the previous ones get deleted.

For example, if you edit the subject of a quote, the line items are deleted
and created again. Isn't that sort of inefficient? Or can it be considered
a negligible waste of resources?
