[Vtigercrm-developers] no answer and no commits on code.vtiger.com since weeks?!

Hi
I know there was an attempt to fork vtiger a few years back. Later it was
decided to stay with vtiger open source. Because there were too many
similar CRMs already in the market already including Yeti and suite. Anyway
the Open Source progress is very slow.
The infrastructure roadmap should be considered on the other side, which is
seriously diverted to cloud at the moment. Developing a support system
using modern stacks such as MERN or MEAN or using PHP frameworks such as
Phalcon or Laravel becomes relatively easier than forking and evolving a
monolithic. So we have to consider how to contribute to an open source
project efficiently to meet the future.
I suggest, separating the frontend and backend, similar to the Magento (Now
Adobe commerce) PWA storefront, would be the best approach to migrate to
modern platforms. Vtiger commercial may derive the benefits from this
approach.
Thanks
