[Vtigercrm-developers] Why is Organization field mandatory in Quotes and can not be changed

Firstly, why is Organization a mandatory field in Quotes?

In B2C-  contact is required
In B2B- both Organization and Contact are required

As such Contact must be kept mandatory by default, rather than Organization!

Secondly, Organization field is treated specially and can not be made
non-mandatory.
