[Vtigercrm-developers] Encoding & html entities not decoded

Hi All,

I’m facing a strange issue… We work with Italians and we are facing a strange behaviour, html entities like è which should be converted back to "è” but they aren’t… html head contains charset UTF-8 and still the browser isn’t translating. This issue is faced also when they export to csv. Also in some cases the accounts contains “ in their name and when exporting to csv this breaks the string, how can I solve this issue?

They are using Vtiger v7
