[Vtigercrm-developers] Sharing Rules Calendar question

I understand admin and users in higher role hierarchy.

I need that each user can see Calendar records.
Which module to set "Public: Read Only" Calendar or Events or both ?

Why there are so many seetings for 1 modul (Event).
