[Vtigercrm-developers] Users stuff > to extend or not

Got a guys who have 450 users and number growing. There is PITA with
updating those who are off/on the system and also requires extended user
related info (as some are employees, some subcontractors, testers etc). So,
do you guys think it would be reasonable to fix Users module to be as
flexible as Contacts?  I mean, filtering, reporting, adding fields, maybe
workflows etc..
