[Vtigercrm-developers] vt7: Mail Manager charset issue?

A user on a vt7 system of a customer of ours is seeing odd characters 
appearing in Mail Manager. See attached screenshot and the diamonds with 
the "?" in them.


I guess this is a charset issue?

Suggestions about how to debug/fix it?
