[Vtigercrm-developers] Create user with API in vtiger 7

Regarding the code I posted earlier. It is a code from CoreBos Webservice
Developer Tool

And it works as it is for 6.5, creates user perfectly. Problem is only with
VT 7. Error message Access denied for ID.
